Animations

Worked on getting animations into the game, spent a lot of time fiddeling, but they generally look quite good now.

Time Spent: 4 hours.


I also made a re-usable screen-sizer autoload scene.

The only issues are that the stretch and squash of the jump is baked into the animation, where I think it might look better if it was done programatically.

Todo: #

  1. Provide feedback on animations / send a video.
  2. Move the project into its own repo, it currently lives in my Godot sketches repo
  3. Re-organize the projects directory structure, so its less of a crazy mess
  4. Add in some free sample music
  5. New gameplay work!
